About me and my practice

Emotional distress of any type can feel like your life is being taken away. Some say it is like having the colour drained from your life. Are your anxieties or depressive feelings stopping you from enjoying life? Maybe you feel stuck, with a situation, a feeling, a decision or a relationship?
Maybe you are feeling stuck in yourself and wanting to explore your way of being on a deeper level to make changes relating to your behaviour or internal dialogue?

Experience

I have had the privilege of working as a therapist for 17 years, working in private practice and also within organisations supporting young people, families and individuals.
I have tutored on psychology and psychotherapy courses for many years and also provide clinical supervision for other therapists.

Qualifications

I gained a BSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology, Diploma in Counselling along with a HND in Psychology & Cognitive Therapy from Oxford. I hold Graduate Based Registration of The British Psychological Society and am fully insured.
I am also an accredited Rewind practitioner, offering effective treatment for PTSD, Complex PTSD and Phobias.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free initial consultation via phone or video call for anyone who is considering therapy for themselves.
This initial consultation is an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have and to see how you feel about working with me going forwards.

Fees

Individual therapy or therapy for couples - £50 per session
Clinical Supervision £50 per session

I offer online appointments:

Monday to Friday, between 10am and 8pm.
